Features

The Automatic Alert System

The automatic alert system reminds users of actions required including renewals; filings; reviews; and reporting, termination, and expiration dates. The email notification system won’t let you forget another important event. The Automatic Alert System integrates with Microsoft Outlook/Exchange.

Related Contract tagging

CIM provides tagging of related contracts, which gives the user effective control when they are grouped together.

Global Update

CIM’s Gobal Update feature enables users to change the data across all contract records or to make alterations in a selected group of contracts. Global Update allows users to update all or a portion of the contracts according to their specific needs. Authorized personnel can be changed easily to accommodate personnel changes. For enterprises with frequent shifts in responsibilities, this can be a huge savings in labor and time.

Contract Numbering

In CIM automatically a number is assigned to contracts, but user can also assign his own numbering system to the contracts.

Flexible Modular Functionality

CIM offers our clients comprehensive modular functionality. This means that each contract management system is tailor made to suit your needs. Our clients determine which functions they want to enable for each of their organizations. This flexibility allows for a simple implementation to begin that can grow as the organization matures over time.

Web-Based Technology

Being web based, CIM grants easy access to all identified users. CIM can be deployed within the company Intranet, on the Internet, on the Extranet, or on any suitable combination of the three. This allows for secured interaction with all internal and external stakeholders.

Contract managers who operate remotely can access contracts to check deliverables, deadlines, sales/revenue data, budget forecasting information, and any other attribute of the contract on an as-needed basis in the field or from remote work locations.

Accounts payable staff can access contracts to validate invoices against the terms and conditions.

Because CIM is web based, there are no plug-ins on the desktop.

Scalable Database

CIM supports all contract types, including revenue, expense, master contracts, subcontracts, contracts with both buy and sell components, and zero-dollar-value contracts.

Management of Standard Clauses, Terms, and Conditions

Based on the contract type, CIM provides the standard terms and conditions as a template. This centralizes and supports consistent agreements and contract management across the enterprise.

Audit and Security Management

CIM features a full toolbox of audit and security controls, including a user activity tracker, which identifies users, login times, total time spent, and contract date modifications.

Data Exports

Using a Crystal Reporting Engine, CIM can export data to a variety of formats so that users can easily include data in their other documents, presentations, and reports. Several organizationally defined report templates based on security levels are delivered as part of the implementation.
