Each contract record has over 400 data fields, including such elements as contracting parties, contacts, key dates, work flow, document management, product information, status, leases, intellectual property information and litigation. In addition to the core data fields, the system supports both default contract clauses by contract type and an open structure for adding or modifying clauses.
Within the core tabs of contract information, it lets you track all parties to a contract, action items, contract clauses (obligations and provisions), financial terms, lease information, intellectual property, territories, products, amendments and litigation information.
