The security system is robust and addresses enterprise-level security and access issues. The system allows you to set security rights based on division and legal or functional areas (such as human resources, sales or joint ventures).
Each user can be assigned rights to one or more of these legal areas. A security area can also tag each contract, so that only authorized users can see any given contract. Security rights include view only, add, edit, print and delete rights.
The security functionality allows the Administrator to hide pages that might not be used in a particular installation. Each organization can decide which features it does not want to implement - such as litigation or intellectual property. The security system can also prevent unauthorized users from accessing restricted pages.
